The nurse behind the syringe.

I’m Shonda, a Registered Practical Nurse trained and certified in medical aesthetics.

I started nursing school with the goal to work in a plastic surgery clinic offering cosmetic injections and in a scrub nurse role. It wasn’t until after I graduated and was working as a staff nurse, I found out I could work independently as a nurse injector. I started Revive Aesthetics in December 2019 after completing an introduction to Botox and dermal fillers course and haven’t looked back! I’ve completed additional training for advanced techniques and continue to educate myself.

When I’m not injecting, you can find me working at a local hospital in acute medicine or snapping photos of my spirited 3 year old son. I’m also a student, bridging towards my Bachelors of Nursing degree online! I’m a firm believer in that we should do what makes US feel exhilarated.
